Return Policy

We accept returns in the limit of 14 days following the reception of the parcel. 

However for hygiene reasons, only unworn & unwashed items can be returned according to L. 121-20-2 . French policy. 

To return an order, fill a form in the contact section. Instructions will be provided. Once the return procedure is established, you have then 10 days to return the product.

If theses delay aren’t respected, returns won’t be accepted. 

Once the items are returned and verified, we will proceed a refund via the initial payment method. 

However, if any deterioration is detected or that the product has been worn and/or washed, the items won’t bee eligible for a refund. 

Shipping costs for the return are not on our behalf. 

Returned products have to be sent in an appropriate parcel to avoid any damages during shipping and must contain all elements tied to the product (such as pouches).
